Why even have a church web site? As someone who has been on the outside looking for a church I can tell you many people will look at your website before they will even think about coming to your church.
I can say from experience a poor site has prevented me from attending many churches, and no site at all is worse. The fact that you don’t have a website may be the last thing people know about you.
Obviously, a website isn’t the be all end all of your church. But, it is like a first impression, it is priceless in helping people to decide to visit you.
On the front page we can either place a static (non changing) page of information about your church or we can update it weekly; with your latest sermon notes or upcoming event information.
